Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Appliance
Carefully place the appliance back into its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cords, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a heavy-freight pickup for large units.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
